Construction Statement and Book, Quantity Take-Off from PDF

A construction payment statement can be generated automatically from the contracted bills of quantities. The application takes previous statements, advance payments and certified quantities in the construction measurement book into account.

Supporting quantity calculations can be prepared in the construction measurement book using formulas, with images attached to each calculation. This is particularly useful when working on a phone or tablet. Each image is automatically fitted to the size of the measurement book sheet.

The construction payment statement contains all legally prescribed elements (header), together with measurement book sheets showing quantities, prices, monthly and cumulative executed quantities, etc. Printouts are available for individual or all measurement book sheets, including only sheets with executed quantities or all sheets.

For the bill-of-quantities section of the statement, either executed items only or all items can be printed.

The application supports taking measurements from PDF drawings and preparing quantity calculations using images from CAD, etc.
