Gantt Chart with Critical Path Analysis

When creating a Gantt Chart, users can choose between automatic generation based on Bill of Quantities items or manual entry of the WBS structure and activities. With automatic generation, the software creates a Gantt Chart for all work categories and items from the Bill of Quantities.

Each activity can be edited individually: its name and duration can be changed, dependencies between activities can be defined (SF, SS, FS, FF), and notes, progress percentages, delays and other information can be entered.

The Gantt Chart automatically identifies critical activities, which have no scheduling flexibility and directly affect the project's completion date.

The Gantt Chart can be exported to Excel or saved as a PNG image.

Activities and work categories can be moved up or down using drag & drop, as well as left or right to change their position within the hierarchical structure.

NOTE: Changes made to the Gantt Chart are not saved automatically. Users must select the "Save" command. If they attempt to leave the page without saving, the application will prompt them to save their changes.
