Organizer

Organizer contains modules: Projects, Diary, Tasks, Calendar, Notes, Documents. Part of software which combines operational and administrative control levels. The display of the project, immediately visible and information about bills of quantities, plans and payment certificate.
Overview Contracted, preformed, spent, calculated - giving us the basic and most important information about the status of the project. User can define, for every project, data which wants to see. Such ad-hoc examination using the project manager or management in a quick insight into project status. The project can record and all other relevant information:
- Information on contract, Information on the site, Decision and transmitters, Testing, Warranty, Complaint

Classification of projects

Classification can contain user-defined terms (eg Year or Types - Contracted, in the bidding phase, etc.) with an unlimited number of sublevels. Also, the right of access can be assigned to each classification (level).

Diary

- Telephone calls, Meetings, Notice, Information. Sorting by categories that users can define. Any information that records refers on the organizational structure, and is visible only to users who are assigned to the organizational structure.

Tasks - Calendar

Set tasks that are related to each employee and the individual project. Tasks can be sorted by an arbitrary number of categories (Important, Note, travel ...). Enabled fast search and filtering. System administrator determines who can see which tasks. The main functionality is that all the tasks have been recorded and it is much easier for managers to allocate tasks and the control the execution of perpetrators. It will be much easier to manage the execution of tasks and the calendar and clearly see daily, weekly or monthly tasks. All the tasks are recorded, thus the risk of forgetting the data is much smaller.

Documents

The program allows standardization of printing documentation: - Decision on the appointment of the Project manager, The person or company responsible for The implementation of safety at work - The solution, Decision on the Establishment of the building, Test certificate, Request for handover, Handover protocol, Guarantee, Complaints. All documents that are reachable in electronic form can be linked with the project and thus become an integral part of the project. Users can design and create new text documents (letters, bills ...) and link them to the project, cost estimate or a particular business partner. Possibility of scanning documents or downloading from webcams.

Reports

See resource requirements for a period at the entire company level. Employee overview (hours per qualification), number of employees, material (quantity), machinery (working hours, number of machines). Day View Graphic, Resource Print, All Resource, For Period.
